That guy is Doug Filbert, CFO at a well-known regional ambulance dealership in the DFW Metroplex. As a licensed paramedic he spent years in the field. Afterward he served in several executive roles including Director of Operations and VP at Careflite®. Doug was keenly aware of the needs and particulars of reflective emergency vehicle graphics.
